Gravity Pilates prepare for busy end to the year with sound baths, coffee mornings, parties and more
By Matthew Hancock-Bruce 6th Sep 2026
Macclesfield's leading reformer Pilates is gearing up for a busy end to the year.
Sound baths, coffee mornings and a huge Christmas party are just a few of the exciting things going on at Gravity Pilates over the coming months.
For instructor Lily Worrall, the busy calendar ahead offers even more opportunities to connect with the fantastic community they have built since opening the studio last year.
She said: "I'm so excited for everything we've got coming up at Gravity Pilates!
"From our new coffee mornings and more chances to socialise, to cosy sound baths as the evenings get darker, there's lots to look forward to.
"And I can't wait for our Christmas party in December, awards, food, drinks and plenty of laughs with our amazing Gravity community!"

Throughout October and November, Gravity Pilates will be hosting community coffee mornings.
These will offer a chance for members to socialise over a coffee and spend some time together outside of the studio.
Gravity Pilates, located at Bridge Street Mills, is also planning to host more sound baths over the coming months, with the first two having proved incredibly popular.
During the session, you will be able to switch off, relax and take some time to reset.
Looking ahead to the end of the year, the Gravity Pilates Christmas Party will take place in the first half of December.
The Gravity Pilates community will come together to celebrate everything they have achieved throughout the year.
Of course, you don't have to wait for all this to get involved.
As summer moves into the rearview mirror and the rain starts to pour down on a more regular basis, it's a perfect time to give Pilates a try.
Instructor Lily said: "With summer coming to an end and everyone getting back into their usual routines, now is the perfect time to do something for yourself.
"Pilates is a great way to get back into a routine, move your body, build strength and take some time out of your busy week.
"You don't need to wait for January to make a fresh start, why not start now?"
