It is the second weekend in October, and here is what is going on in Macclesfield.

Here's four fantastic things you can get up to in Macclesfield this weekend.

Kids Sale

The Little Children's Market Macclesfield comes to town this Sunday.

The event at Tytherington School on Manchester Road at 10:30am will see up to 70 stalls of pre-loved items and new products from local individuals and businesses.

If you can't make this date, the Market will also come to The Kings School in Macclesfield, Alderley Road on the 23rd.

West Park Walk

Macclesfield Town Council are hosting a free family event in West Park this Saturday.

Nature Needs You promises lots of activities for families and children.

It will take place at the same time as the Eco Summit happens in Market Place across town, which is also a local government affiliated event.

Macclesfield Motors

If you love old bangers, this one is for you.

The Macclesfield Vintage Club Rally will take place on Sunday 9th October 2022 at Heaton House Farm, Rushton Spencer, Macclesfield, SK11 0RD.

The wedding venue will host old motors, active or stationary from 10am to 4pm.

Wedding Fair

Speaking of weddings, there is a wedding fair taking place at Hollin House Hotel this weekend.

The Sunday events sees dresses, caterers, photographers and more descend on the gorgeous venue to help you plan your dream wedding.

It takes place from 11am from 3pm.

Live Theatre

A play based on comic actor Oliver Hardy is to be performed in Macclesfield this weekend.

A one-man play based on comic actor Oliver Hardy is to be performed in Macclesfield this Saturday.

76-year-old actor Jeffrey Holland (Spitting Image, Coronation Street, Oh, Doctor Beeching!) will start in the performance, which will take place at Macclesfield Library on Jordangate.

Tickets cost £13 and you can buy them on this link. Curtain call is at 7:30pm.
