Community Litter Pick

Enjoy the warm temperatures and meet new friends at this free community event.

The Bollington Borrowers - an eco good cause - will be doing a litter pick on Saturday morning.

Dogs and kids welcome. 9:30am to 10:30am, 80 Wellington Road, Bollington.

Sunday Sport

On Treacle Sunday, there is a mini sports market going on just a short walk from the town centre.

New to Macclesfield Tennis Club in 2023 is the sport of Pickleball.

Get your gear for it at this two hour event, and give it a go.

At Macclesfield Tennis Club on Park Lane, parking on-site.

Gawsworth Rose Queen

GPS is located on Longbutts Ln, Gawsworth, Macclesfield SK11 9QU.

On Longbutts Lane in Gawsworth the annual Rose Queen is on this Saturday.

The parade around the village is at 1pm followed by the crowning of this years Rose Queen and summer fete at Gawsworth Primary School.

There will be plenty of stalls with food, drink, games and rides for all the family to enjoy.

Family Yoga

If you want to ease your way in to Treacle Sunday with some relaxing vibes, a fresh family yoga class is taking place.

Fold Yoga, of Sunderland Street, are hosting a family class perfect for parents and their little ones.

10:30am to 11:30am, a tenner per adult and £8 for kids.
