A Chestergate pâtisserie welcomed a new employee at the start of the month, which allowed them to expand their menu.
The Bollington-based hire is bringing her expertise in Italian and French pastries to the Macclesfield company.

A proper feelgood story amid a time of doom and gloom for pubs, one mum leased a pub and gave all her family second jobs in helping her run it.
Bollington pub The Dog and Partridge reopened this month for the first time since September 2022.

Bad news for the town, but we always try to cover the opening of new stores. So it was a mixed response when Macclesfield Nub News were first to disclose when the Mill Street Marks and Spencer will be closing, and when the new M&S Food will be opening.
