Our Maxim Department are excited to announce that we are looking for a team member to join us as a Coach Mentor AAT.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coach/Mentor in AAT to join our dedicated team.

The Role:

- To coach and mentor a range of learners who are studying AAT.

- To meet with learners and employers to discuss the apprenticeship programme and to complete necessary enrolment paperwork.

- Complete reviews with learners and employers out in the workplace to ensure that all learners are working in a safe environment and are making progress in their apprenticeship role in the workplace.

- Support learners in their preparation for their end point assessment.

- Work with the AAT team to identify additional courses to develop apprentices personal and wider skills.

- Work closely with employers to identify and promote any additional training opportunities.

Main Duties for this role:

- Support apprentices using an appropriate range of methods to facilitate and support learning and achievement.

- Complete sign up and review fulfilling all audit requirements.

- Identify individual training needs and to organize training to achieve planned outcomes within defined timescales in line with College processes and procedures.

- Motivate and inspire employees to raise aspirations, promote effort, maintain momentum and encourage progression to higher levels.
