Adelphi Real World – Bespoke and Generate Administrator Who We Are Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare. 

We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases.

This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.

The Role

The Bespoke and Generate Teams at Adelphi Real World conduct scientifically robust observational studies tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Due to continued growth, the team require logistical and administrative support to ensure the smooth day to day running of our projects. Could you be the next Adelphi Real World Administrator?

Accountabilities:

• Assisting team members in the preparation and collation of various documents. For example, setting up initial templates to be populated by the project teams, formatting/ checking documents prior to client delivery, and working against checklists to ensure the appropriate documents are in place.

• Keeping various project and office logs up to date

• Scanning, filing and archiving documents

• Diary management and organising meetings.

• Tracking project timelines and deadlines.

• Tracking study budgets and invoices

• Taking and writing up internal meeting minutes

• Supporting project teams with administrative activities and liaison with external suppliers such as ethics submissions, translation agencies, programming teams and fieldwork agencies

• Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed.

The Person:

• PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.

• Administrative experience

• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Flexible approach and able to respond quickly to changing demands and tight deadlines
