- Co-ordinating meetings, agendas, reports, and minutes for multi-agency and senior management boards.
- Managing administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and financial processing.
- Liaising with senior managers and external partners.
- Organising events such as conferences, development days, and multi-agency workshops.
- Supporting service improvements and partnership working in childrens services.
- Proven administration experience, including minute-taking and organising meetings.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- A team player with a proactive and professional approach.

- We operate nationwide working with both public and private domains.
