Job description
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR MACCLESFIELD - hybrid role 2-3 days in office. £24, 000 - £25, 000PA + BENEFITS
This is a new position within our clients busy project team and requires strong organisational, communication and numeracy skills. You will also need to be a confident user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Providing support for client projects - having an eye for detail to spot any potential issues or specific requirements - Engage external suppliers making them aware of timelines - Collating quotations and pricing calculations for each project - Updating project racker systems - Building solid relationships with suppliers - Using appropriate suppliers for each project - Reviewing suppliers - level of service and pricing - Liaise with internal departments
Candidates must have a good level of education.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
