New Red Planet has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.

Location: Alderley Park, Alderley Edge

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9am 5:30pm)

Customer Service Representative The Role:

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to support the Customer Service Team in ensuring that the contractors are onboarded in an efficient manner and clients (Recruitment Agencies) receive an excellent service from the business.

The main objectives of this role include:

- Onboarding new starters

- Liaising with agency clients regarding new starters

- Processing and updating new starters on the company Portal

- Ensuring contractors and clients receive an excellent service from the customer service team

Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor inboxes to ensure referrals are received and recorded in a timely manner

- Contact new sales referrals in a timely manner to onboard and register prior to engagement

- Regular contact with agency clients to ensure referral and update process is followed

- Open contractor accounts by recording initial starter information including personal and bank details

- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email

- Liaise with clients (agencies) to ensure smooth and timely running of services

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
