We are seeking a Phone Operator to join our team.

Assist in managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service over the phone, using our booking dispatch system.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

- Take detailed bookings accurately

- Provide information to callers in a clear and concise manner

- Maintain a polite and professional phone manner at all times

- Addressing queries and managing pricing and timing schedules.

Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Strong listening skills

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Good organisational skills

- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment

- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
