We are seeking an additional team member to join us as a Night Care Assistant.
We deliver exceptional care in our Belong Village community styled home. We have Households with an average of twelve residents living in each; which is run by a committed team who provide the exceptional person centred care to enrich our resident's lives putting them at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
Our shifts start at 10.00pm and finish at 8.00am and you must be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated due to the layout of the household where you will be completing nightly checks, report accurately and log any changes for handover There will be a nurse on duty along with other experienced Night Care Assistants for additional support.
About you
This role will suit someone who has experience working in a Night Care Assistant role, although training will be given to the right candidate and you will be supported by a team of experienced staff. We have full, part time and casual roles to support you with your family work life balance.
