Our client are a privately owned construction and engineering company delivering projects across the UK. They work in the public and private sectors consistently promoting innovation and sustainable construction. The majority of their projects consist of new build healthcare buildings and facilities.

They are looking to recruit a Bid Writer to join their business. You'll be responsible for crafting high-quality bids and submissions. They are looking for a self-driven creative individual with a winning mindset.

Your duties will include:

  • Offer administrative assistance throughout the entire process from initial inquiry to tender submission
  • Conduct thorough editing and proofreading of materials to guarantee proper formatting and grammatical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to craft bids.
  • Review all client documents before bid launch meetings.
  • Partner with the Senior Bid Manager to formulate a clear win strategy for each bid.
  • Manage and contribute to the written proposals, focusing on both content and presentation quality.
  • Review client feedback to implement lessons learnt for future bids
  • Ad Hoc duties as and when required.

Salary: The salary for this position is between 45,000 to 55,000 plus package.
