JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a resident Maintenance assistant to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a static site in Macclesfield. Our client is looking for an experienced maintenance assistant with relevant experience to join the team.

The Maintenance Handyman role will be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Fabric duties
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with clients on site

Requirements for the role

• Experienced Maintenance assistant
• NVQ in Plumbing
• Experience in Legionella Awareness and tasks
• PPM experience
• Experience with heating ventilation and air conditioning plant
• Good customer care skills
• Unvented hot water systems qualification
