Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Supporting the development management process by liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform planning decisions
  • Preparing reports and documents to assist senior planners
  • Participating in site visits and surveys to gather necessary information
  • Contributing to the development of planning strategies and policy reviews
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver projects on time and within scope
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
  • Understanding of development management and town planning principles
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in report writing and document preparation
  • Attention to detail and the capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of planning legislation and regulations
  • Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in town planning
