Key Responsibilities:

- Contributing to the development of planning strategies and policy reviews
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and regulations
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
- Understanding of development management and town planning principles
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in report writing and document preparation
- Attention to detail and the capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of planning legislation and regulations
