This is an exciting opportunity to join a world class engineering business operating within the Construction and Engineering sector on a highly prestigious life science and pharmaceutical project.

Responsibilities

• Effective delivery of a pharmaceutical engineering design project
• Lead the preconstruction design process
• Liaising with the client, client vendors, design teams and internal technical and commercial teams
• Dedicated to one specifc site
• Showing both technical and commercial awareness in the interest of relevant stake holders
• Design Compliance

Experience and Background

• Strong understanding of contractual administration, design and build, EPC s and NEC contracts
• Strong Lead Design experience
• Understanding of life sciences, pharmaceutical or related industries and technologies
• RIBA, FEL and AEC knowledge
• Engineering MEP or Architectural background
• Client Facing and communication skills
• Engineering qualification/degree
