The role of a Support Worker is to encourage and support our tenants to live as independently as possible, enabling them to take ownership of their own lives and futures.

A Rossendale Trust Support Worker is part of a friendly and supportive team providing the highest standards of care and support to our tenants, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.

Shifts are worked over a two-week rota covering Sunday to Saturday (all staff are required to work to a mixture of early and late shifts as well as alternate weekends).
