What you'll be doing

Key Accountabilities:

• Use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for job advert validation and posting
• Day to day management of candidates via the (ATS).
• Actively promote the ATS and other methods of candidate sourcing to support and educate hiring managers
• Support with the full 360 recruitment process
• Candidate liaison and management
• Work closely with the central recruitment team to identify best route to market, revise advert copy and optimise attraction.
• Build internal relationships across division with hiring managers to increase the awareness and use of the divisional recruitment lead
• Optimise all available tools and resources e.g. Talent Scout, promotional poster templates etc
• Drive local promotion of vacancies and raise brand awareness through social media, posters, school/college advertising, job centres.
• Coordinating company hiring events alongside the central recruitment team and divisional operators.
• Track and record recruitment metrics for division, including time to hire and agency spend / saving
• Creation of tracking system for a future pipeline of candidates
• Adhoc administration or project support to recruitment team as required to support the division
