Change Manager

Macclesfield - 12 months - Hybrid - outside IR35

change management & developing a strategy & associated programme for people development

The Change Manager has a key role as we transform the Clinical Supply Chain Operations to move from a non-SAP environment to S4HANA and specifically intelligent Clinical Supply Chain Management (ICSM)

You will partner with the business and the other project leads.

The Change Manager will develop a structured program to enhance people development capability in the Transformation journey across business areas, as well as ensure the key aspects are embedded in BAU.

Additional:

• Experience in leadership of projects to uplift planning and digital capabilities focusing on people development across clinical supply chain
• Understanding the skills, capabilities, and behavioral requirements necessary to operate in our future digital landscape
• Good understanding of both theory and processes of Change Management
• Exposure/knowledge of supply planning and digital capability across the supply chain
• Comprehensive experience in all areas of the training cycle
• Effective communication style and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
• Experience in developing, delivering, and coordinating functional and technical training
