What You'll Do: Lead the charge in managing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. Collaborate closely with our Mechanical division to orchestrate seamless joint project executions. Shape the future by contributing to the creation of electrical tenders and overseeing contract management. Keep a finger on the pulse of project performance, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions. Guide and nurture a team of skilled engineers, providing mentorship and support to drive excellence. Champion health and safety practices, maintaining compliance across all project sites. Forge strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable rates and optimize procurement processes.
