The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Permanent CNC Operators for our manufacturing client based in Macclesfield.Candidates must have some CNC Operating experience.JOB PURPOSE:The CNC Operator will operate a variety of high-quality precision machining centres,producing machined parts according to customer specifications. The role will involvecarefully following process documents, loading/unloading machines and inspectingmachined parts to customer specification.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate 5 Axis CNC router, CNC Beam Saw or EdgebanderEnsure all work is completed in compliance with customer specificationsInspection of parts after machiningTo work efficiently and safelyWorking to achieve targets set in terms of Quality and Delivery, including daily output targets and low scrap levelsMEASURES OF SUCCESS/KPI's:Achieving targets set in Quality and DeliveryAbility to work with othersAble to work to a high standard efficientlyAbility to prioritise workloadAble to work from written instructions, drawings etc.No accidents through negligenceThe annual salary is £28,288The shift pattern is a 4 day week on a rota between Monday - Friday (06:00 - 17:00),Holidays are 26.5 days per yearThe Recruitment Co are an equal opportunities employerCPManchesterGS
