Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid)

Rate: £500 - Outside IR35

An exciting opportunity has opened for a people change professional, working within a global Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical company.

You will partner with the business and the other project leads, working to enhance people development capability within a digital supply chain context.

Ranging from planning to rollout across all business areas and measuring impact, alongside ensuring the key aspects are Embedded in BAU.

Ideally you will have recent and extensive experience within change management within Clinical Supply chain or Pharma and programme creation for people development and digital adoption.

This will be a great opportunity to work with a global brand, and play a vital role in both planning and rolling out a strategy across the business. alongside impact measuring and BAU review.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in leadership of projects to uplift planning and digital capabilities focusing on people development across clinical supply chain.
  • Understanding the skills, capabilities, and behavioral requirements necessary to build clinical supply chain professionals able to plan and operate in our future digital landscape
  • Good understanding of both theory and processes of Change Management
  • Exposure/knowledge of supply planning and digital capability across supply chain
  • Comprehensive experience in all areas of the training cycle
  • Effective communication style and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
  • Experience of developing, delivering, and coordinating functional and technical training
