Supply Planning Manager

Contract Length: 12 months (initially)

Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid)

Rate: £450 Outside IR35

An opportunity has opened for an experienced Supply Planning Manager, working with the a global Supply Chain and Pharmaceutical company. The role is part of a business wide transformation within the clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will therefore have strong working experience within supply planning, alongside developing and implementing supply planning processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Design optimal and repeatable processes working closely with Business Process Owners.
  • Collaborate with the Programme and Business/IT Data Teams to define the data requirements for the processes, analytics, and reporting.
  • Act as a source of knowledge for clinical supply chain capability, defining and communicating current and future business processes and improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of Supply Planning - (bonus if coming from a clinical/pharma environment).

Understanding of supply planning methodologies, especially in updating and refreshing safety stock designs, make frequencies & lead times.

Experience of documenting and deploying supply planning processes.

Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.

Demonstrated ability to develop and/or support adoption of Globally harmonised business

processes or drive standardisation of ways of working

Good communication and relationship building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve

objectives.

This role will be a 12 months contract, with potential for extension. A hybrid split between home and the Macclesfield office.
