Detectives in Macclesfield are urging motorists to vigilant following a spate of keyless car thefts.
Over the past two months, four cars have been stolen in the area, with Fiats particularly being targeted.
Cheshire East Council has launched a service that offers support to thousands of unpaid carers across Macclesfield and the borough during the current Covid-19 crisis.
An unpaid carer is described as someone who provides their time and support, without payment, to family or friends who couldn't manage without help. This could include day to day living tasks or personal care to a family member or friend such as helping them to wash, get dressed, eat, taking them to appointments, or keeping them company when they feel lonely or anxious.

Macclesfield and Bollington's recycling centres could soon re-open following a call by the local government secretary Robert Jenrick.
The recycling centre was closed by Cheshire East Council in March following government advice at the time that travelling to the tip was not deemed as an essential journey.

Cheshire East Council have announced they will be working to reopen Macclesfield and Bollington's household waste and recycling centres "in the coming weeks."
Cllr Laura Crane, the cabinet member with responsibility for waste, told Nub News: "The council is working to reopen its sites in the coming weeks and establish how these can operate while adhering to social distancing guidelines and other essential measures to ensure the safety of our staff and site users.
A 34-year-old man from Macclesfield has been charged following a burglary at a former pub in the town.
Christopher Wilkins, of Warwick Road, was arrested in Earlsway at around 1.15am on Tuesday 28 April.

Macclesfield has been the first town in the borough to host a military run mobile coronavirus testing unit in an effort to increase provision.
In an email sent out to Cheshire East councillors, seen by Macclesfield Nub News, the unit was established today (28th April) at Churchill Way car park.

A great-grandfather from Macclesfield who was due to take on the now-cancelled London marathon hasn't let that stop him from running the 26 miles while isolating at home.
Harry Newton, (82), who lives in the Broken Cross area of Macclesfield, completed the effort on Sunday (26th April) by circling his house 461 times and has so far raised over £5,000 (gift aid included) for NHS Charities Together.
