Due to a growth in business levels our client is keen to add to their Customer Service team. They are keen to speak to individuals with a true passion for all things customer service. You will need to be a confident communicator with a positive attitude.

- Acting as first point of contact for customers - Building rapport - Taking the customer through a series of assessment questions - Gathering information and explaining the application process

Candidates will need to be confident on the telephone and IT literate.

Previous call centre experience is essential

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK and live within a sensible commuting distance from Macclesfield.
