ESTIMATOR MACCLESFIELD 50, 000PA

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Estimator (ideally with plastering / drylining / interior experience)

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the businesses reputation through developing business opportunities - quoting tenders & price enquiries
• Communicating with clients over costs & price alterations
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of service delivery to clients, acting a primary interface to help build client confidence
• Reviewing and reporting on all aspects of projects
• Responsible for providing effective and efficient administration of project accounts, variations and management of internal job costings in relation to the fee, services and resource requirements
• Reviewing contracts and communicating effectively with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers in a professional manner regarding financial applications/variations

Salary 50, 000pa Predominantly office based - open to hybrid once competent in role
