Our Maxim department is expanding and we are excited to announce that we are looking for an additional team member to join as a Coach Mentor in Electrical.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced candidate to join our dedicated team.

The Role
To coach and mentor a range of learners who are studying Electrical apprenticeships.
To support learners on a one to one basis, working with the teaching staff who deliver the qualification to ensure that learners are attending classes and are progressing appropriately.
To support learners in putting together a portfolio of evidence ready for their End Point Assessment.
Complete reviews with learners and employers out in the workplace to ensure that all learners are working in a safe environment and are making progress in their apprenticeship role in the workplace.
Support learners in their preparation for their end point assessment.
Seek out new business opportunities and promote training to employers
Main Duties for this role include
Support apprentices using an appropriate range of methods to facilitate and support learning and achievement.
Complete sign up and review fulfilling all audit requirements.
Identify individual training needs and to organize training to achieve planned outcomes within defined timescales in line with College processes and procedures.
Motivate and inspire employees to raise aspirations, promote effort, maintain momentum and encourage progression to higher levels.
