We are looking for a Clinical Lead (RGN / RMN) to work in a nursing, dementia and residential award winning care home in Macclesfield. This comes with a salary of 25 per hour ( 52,000 per annum) and excellent benefits.

You will be working supernumerary hours, Monday - Friday 9 - 5 so you will have amazing work life balance!

• Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home
• Leading the care team and forming strong relationships with residents, relatives and MDT
• Responsible for delivering the highest standard of care and taking responsibility in the HM's absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.
