Location: Private Hospital, Macclesfield
Contract Duration: 12 months (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary: 52,200 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, plus on-call duties
Job Description:
Trident Healthcare are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager to join our private hospital in Macclesfield on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy.
- Manage and lead the pharmacy team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with consultants and attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Manage the procurement and supply of medications and pharmaceutical products.
Requirements:
- Must have hospital pharmacy experience.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Experience in dealing with consultants and attending MDT meetings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
