REGISTERED CARE MANAGER

We are now looking for a Registered Manager to join our already successful and very well established domiciliary care company based in Cheshire. We operate in the health & social care sector and are a true market leader. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help us develop and aid the service growth. We are offering:

• Competitive salary ranging from 37,500 to 41,000 per annum DOE

• Excellent bonus scheme to increase the earnings c 6/7k per annum

The Role: As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the delivery of care services
• Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
• Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
• Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Growing the business

The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:

• Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or happy to work towards it)
• Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role. We will also strong managers from outside of the care sector who want to get into it
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Care experience in a management role (domiciliary, supported living or care home)
