Your day-to-day

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership, managing and inspiring the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Regulatory Excellence: Maintain and exceed compliance standards, working to achieve and sustain "Good" and "Outstanding" CQC ratings.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards across all aspects of care, facilities, and service delivery.
• Resident Care: Promote a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment tailored to residents' individual needs and preferences.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and support staff to build a cohesive and highly skilled care team.
