Sous Chef - Responsibilities + Requirements

• Must have experience in conference, banqueting and events
• Previous kitchen experience is required
• Supporting the Head Chef in daily duties and running the kitchen in their absence
• Menu development, stock management, creative flair and experience working with fresh food
• Ensuring that high standards are consistently adhered to
• Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent food and fantastic service
• Must lead by example and be proud to be part of a strong kitchen team
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Passion for excellent, fresh food
• A positive attitude is a must!
