Who We Are
Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare.
We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases.
This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products.
Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.
The Role
The main function of this role is to lead the ongoing critical review and assessment of ARW's current and future operational processes; to evolve, improve and develop appropriate processes and drive the necessary change required to ensure the efficient collection, processing, analysis and delivery of data for our clients.
Ultimately leading the assessment of all processes and any associated technology requirements, including technical review and development of solutions in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and technical experts as appropriate.
The Operations Innovation & Development Lead will report to and work closely with the VP of Operations and other stakeholders within the business on both planned and ad hoc projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to constantly challenge the processes and technological capabilities within a business to ensure that they remain the most appropriate, up-to-date and efficient for the business and our clients current and future needs.
Accountabilities

Design assessments/projects:
• In collaboration with the VP of Operations and other key stakeholders, identify processes for
• appraisal, assessment.
• Work independently and with internal stakeholders(as appropriate) to identify limitations, challenges
• of existing processes.
• Design and plan assessments and pilot projects to demonstrate current limitations, as well as the feasibility, reliability and suitability of alternative approaches and solutions.
Communication:
• Keep senior management and other key stakeholders appraised on progress of assessments, projects, pilot studies etc.
• Provide detailed reports on completion of each project, including key learnings, proposed solutions, and recommendations for senior management.
Implementation of results
• Meaningful outputs that are actionable and understood by internal stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of any changes in process, technology implementation (in conjunction with other appropriate stakeholders).
• Ensuring compliance of any proposed change in processes or technology.
The Person:
• Degree level education a minimum
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience within the research industry
• Track record of implementing change, efficiencies & improvement
• Excellent level of planning, organising and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work, specifically in relation to process related problem solving.
• A drive to shape the future of ARW processes and data delivery needs
• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively
