What we are looking for We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Project Administrator with proven high-level competency in Microsoft Office to provide support to the project teams in all aspects of project administration, and additional team administrative activities.

You will have generalist administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy environment.

You will also have the ability to multi-task, work collaboratively as part of a team, be proactive, have a flexible attitude, and attention to detail along with administrative qualifications or training.

How you fit in

Your specific activities will include supporting financial and contractual activity of projects (including invoice management, project finance tracking and contract filing), searching for and obtaining articles for literature reviews, organising meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and providing administrative support in other areas of the business such as management and filing of expense claims, travel organisation and diary management as required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Outlook and the ability to format documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are highly desirable, as is experience of using reference management software.
