End of Lease Coordinator - Handforth

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30PM

Saturday Rota 1 in 4 9am-12:30pm WFH

Salary: £25,000 Basic Salary + Bonus.

Day to Day:

• Processing of tenant and landlord notices (Section 21 only requires knowledge of compliance report)
• Booking check outs and raising landlord fees
• Handling deposit releases
• Negotiating disputes of deposits
