Job description

Holden and Prescott requires a new Lettings Negotiator.

The pay will be £19k - £25k depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, organised, enjoy working as part of a team and want to provide the best service possible. Whilst previous experience within the property sector is a plus, we will consider someone who requires training.

This is a varied role within the team, being the point of contact at all times for landlords, tenants and staff, as well as supporting the Lettings Manager.

Duties will include:

Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments

Qualifying and managing database of new and existing applicants

Dealing with applications and preparing move in files and tenancy agreements

Check ins and tenancy sign ups

Property inspections

Dealing with property maintenance

Arranging checks to ensure compliance with current legislation

Any other duties as deemed necessary
