Tug of war is a fun way to get fit and strong in a team environment! Tug of was is a non-contact sport suitable for all genders, ages and abilities and offers a good all round workout for the whole body, challenging the muscles in your arms, shoulders, legs back and core.

Our training sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8pm.

Challenge yourself.

Try something new.

Lots of people are getting stuck in and giving tug of war a go. Both ladies and men are attending training and enjoying the workout, fun and challenge that tug of war offers.
