Service Team Operator- Macclesfield
As a Service Team Operator at AstraZeneca working in an Aseptic area, you will be required to contribute to the operations team through the completion of basic manufacturing support processes in compliance with AZ, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that aseptic standards are maintained at all times to protect integrity of the product.• Working effectively as part of a team you will be responsible for the set-up and cleaning of relevant operating equipment to enable the smooth running of the plant/section/unit to meet GMP & SHE standards.
• You will be a key contributor to the basic manufacturing processes, e.g. inspect and pack product for a plant/section to meet set volumes and quality standards.• Ensuring compliance standards are met you will calibrate, weigh, test & inspect components, equipment and products to ensure that they meet with GMP & SHE standards. You will also order and prepare consumables to ensure appropriate supplies are available in line with the systems requirements.
• Responsible for receiving, accepting, locating, storing, dispatching and delivering products and materials you will ensure all relevant documentation is completed to meet GMP and SHE standards.• You will complete and reconcile relevant (non-batch specific) documentation to meet with GMP & SHE standards and to ensure effective communication across the plant.
• You will hold responsibility for completing sampling to ensure compliance with GMP standards.• You will participate as a team member in improvement/capital projects to ensure suitability of outcome for end user and participate in new product introduction plant qualification/validation and process validation on new equipment.
Essential Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of procedures and compliance with GMP & SHE requirements• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Basic IT/computer literacy• Ability to schedule and adjust work on an hourly basis to meet the daily plan
• Understanding of the sterilisation theory and equipment• Overview and understanding and knowledge of aseptic practices and behaviours

System Integration Engineer – Macclesfield
System integration support for the global implementation of interfaces to connect our clinical supply chain systems together.
Essential experience:
- 2+ years experience managing or implementing changes to systems, especially interfaces/integrations, including validation and testing
- Experience working in a regulated environment and demonstrated attention to detail
- Degree level education or equivalent in a relevant discipline

Credit Control- Macclesfield
With both large corporate and SME's clients, you will manage an extensive ledger on a day to day basis to ensure maximum cash collection whist managing any potential financial risks. With a personable rapport building approach, you will be able to liaise with people at all levels. Looking after after your customer and taking control from start to finish you will be able to build a rapport and utilise your credit experience gained to negotiate.
Key responsibilities:
• Pro-actively chase company debts• Query resolution - able to understand why they arise and work diligently on query resolution with customers to ensure a resolution in a timely manner thus leading to payment of the debts.
• Process final demand letters and county court documentation where necessary.• Continous improvement on maximising cash collection and reducing debtor days. Regular review of debtors, aged debt and the terms extended to customers, whilst keeping the customer first in every transaction.
• Complete due diligence checks on new customers, liaise with sales team to make informed business decisions on their viability as potential customers, whilst not hindering the ambitious growth targets of the company.• You will work with the companies Invoicing team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers, enabling credit control to focus on cash collection.
Skills required:
• You will have experience in Credit Control, understanding the processes and procedures.• Possess a keen interest in cash collection and debt reduction.
• Target / KPI driven to achieve results.• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task.
• Able to prioritise workload.• Able to work under pressure
Job specifics:
• Permanent, full-time• £22,000 per year
