A Gentle Space to Tend to Your Grief

Grief can feel like an unending weight, but it's not something to be fixed - it's something to be tended to with care. If you're looking for a space to reflect, rest, and reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers just that.

In the gentle turning of the seasons at Beltane, we'll gather together to create a peaceful, supportive space to honour where you are in your grief, while also opening to the possibility of lightness, renewal, and community connection.

What to Expect

During the day, we will create a nourishing space for rest, reflection, and healing through various practices.

 Guided Nature Walk

A mindful walk designed to help you connect with the natural world and your emotions. The rhythm of the land can be a gentle guide as we reflect on where we are in our grief journey.

 Supportive Sharing Circle

An intimate and safe space to share your experiences or simply listen and be heard. There's no pressure to speak - only an invitation to connect in the way that feels most comfortable.

Yoga Nidra with Wise Heart Sam

A deeply restorative practice, Yoga Nidra offers profound relaxation, soothing the nervous system and allowing space for inner peace and emotional processing.

 Creative & Ritual Practices

Meaningful activities that invite you to honour your grief in your own unique way. These practices are designed to help you express and release emotions in a gentle and supportive environment.

 Shared Meal & Community Connection

We invite you to bring a dish to share, creating a chance to nourish not just your body but your heart. Sharing a meal together fosters connection, comfort, and the power of communal care.

Who is This Retreat For?

This retreat is for anyone navigating grief - whether recent or long-held, for a loved one, a life transition, or something unnamed. There is no expectation to share your personal grief if you don't feel ready. The goal is to simply be present with whatever arises for you in the moment.
